This is Morty, my completed main character for my short film 'The End'. He starts off in a hospital, on his death bed.

I only used Cinema 4D to achieve this. I made use of, Hair, SSS, and Body Paint. It's fully rigged using Cactus Dan's great CA tools.

What you see here is a raw render, other than a slight sharpening in PS.
